This web site and the related web sites contained herein (collectively, the "Site") make available information on hotels and resorts owned, operated, managed and franchised by SuperClubs International and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "SuperClubs"). By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, so please carefully read these terms and conditions before proceeding. The Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors or omissions. SuperClubs reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time and make changes to the products and programs described in the Site at any time without notice or liability. Please check periodically for changes. Your continued access to this Site following changes to this policy and/or conditions will mean that you accept those changes.

Personal and Noncommercial Use Limitation. The Site is for your personal, noncommercial use. SuperClubs are not responsible for the information, products, or services available on such linked websites and are not liable for any damages arising from your access to such sites. Any links to other sites is provided merely for the convenience of the users to this Site and the inclusion of these links does not constitute and may not be considered an endorsement of the linked sites or the content therein. Governing Law and Venue. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Site shall be governed by, and enforced in accordance with, the laws of Jamaica. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in, and agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in, the courts of Jamaica. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
