1. What is the Hedonism Resort Loyalty Program? The loyalty program is designed to provide all repeat guests with enhanced, on-going benefits and rewards. 2. How do I enroll in the Loyalty Program? You can enroll in the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program right here on Hedonism1.com. All guests at a Hedonism Resort are invited to join the loyalty program. You can sign up via the Prude or Nude membership options above. 3. What is HedoCa$h? HedoCa$h represents the value of your calculated membership points/value in the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program. 4. How does the Loyalty Program differ in regards to Nude & Prude memberships? Nude members receive 50 HedoCa$h Bonus Dollars instantly. Prude members have access to basic features like forums and chat. Nude members have full access to all features including personal photo galleries, matchmaker & more. 5. Can I enroll during my stay at Hedonism Resorts and start earning HedoCa$h right away? Yes, you can enroll at the Internet café and present your Loyalty Program membership ID# to a front desk representative who can the points for your current stay. You can start earning HedoCa$h immediately! 6. Is there a Loyalty Program Membership Card? Yes, you will receive a printable Loyalty Card with your membership ID number at time of your completed enrollment. You'll also receive an e-mail confirmation with this card for your records or to print at a later time. 7. Does HedoCa$h have a dollar value? Yes, for redemption purposes, $1 in HedoCa$h is valued at $1 U.S. dollar. However, HedoCa$h cannot be redeemed outside of the Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program and cannot be redeemed for cash. EARNING HEDOCA$H 8. How do I earn HedoCa$h? As a Loyalty Program Member, you earn HedoCa$h points on paid nights at both Hedonism II and Hedonism III Resorts. 9. How is HedoCa$h calculated? As a member you'll earn 5% of the total paid land portion of your Hedonism Resort stay(s). For example, if the paid land portion of your stay(s) total $1,000 you earn $50 in HedoCa$h. From time to time we may offer "double points" on select travel periods. Check the HedonismI.com and Hedonism.com sites regularly for more details. 10. When do I provide my Loyalty Membership ID Number? At the time of reservation, check-in at the resort or any time before the end of your stay. 11. Can I earn HedoCa$h on past stays? No, HedoCa$h can only be earned on reservations made during or after your Loyalty Program enrollment date. 12. How is my HedoCa$h tracked? After each completed Hedonism Resort your HedoCa$h points (based on 5% of the total paid land portion) will be posted to your account within 2 days from the end of your stay. 13. Where can I review a summary of my Loyalty Program account? You can log into your Hedonism Resorts Loyalty Program account via the HedonismI.com homepage. You'll find a "Member Login" link on the left-hand side. 14. How do I make my Hedonism Resort reservations & earn HedoCa$h? At Hedonism1.com, HedonismResorts.com, by calling 1-800-Go-Super (467-8737) or through your favorite travel agency. Simply provide your Loyalty Program ID number at the time of check-in. 15. Can more than one member earn points for the same/shared room/booking? Only one Loyalty Program member can earn HedoCa$h per room/booking. HedoCa$h is only credited to the Loyalty Program member's account who's payment is posted on the reservation. 16. Can I earn HedoCa$h discounted and promotional stays? Yes, unless otherwise stipulated, HedoCa$h can be earned on most Hedonism Resorts discounts and promotions. HedoCa$h will be calculated on the discounted paid land portion of your stay. 17. Will I earn HedoCa$h on Weddings/Renewal Vows stays? Yes. HedoCa$h will be calculated on the total paid land portion of your stay. 18. What types of stays are excluded from earning HedoCa$h? All travel and airline employee rates, family and staff rates, complimentary stays, barter booking (exception "Cash Comps") are excluded from earning HedoCa$h. REDEEMING HEDOCA$H 19. How do I redeem HedoCa$h? As a Loyalty Program member you can redeem your earned HedoCa$h toward the cost of a future Hedonism Resort stay. 20. What is the minimum and maximum HedoCa$h I can redeem? A minimum of $100 in HedoCa$h is required for redemption and the HedoCa$h redemption amount cannot exceed the total cost of the land portion of the applicable stay. 21. Can I redeem HedoCa$h on a discounted or promotional offer? Yes. 22. Can I redeem HedoCa$h on a Wedding/Renewal Vows stay? Yes. 23. How can I make a Hedonism Resort reservation & redeem HedoCa$h? At Hedonism1.com, HedonismResorts.com, by calling 1-800-Go-Super (467-8737) or through your favorite travel agency. Simply provide your Loyalty Program ID number and the amount of HedoCa$h you would like to redeem. 24. Can HedoCa$h be redeemed for merchandise on Hedionsim1.com or at the resort? No, at this time HedoCa$h can only be redeemed on future Hedonism Resort stays. 25. Can HedoCa$h be earned on or redeemed for stays at any other SuperClubs Resorts? No. HedoCa$h can only be earned on qualifying Hedonism Resort stays and HedoCa$h can only be redeemed for future Hedonism Resort stays. HEDOCA$H TERMS & CONDITIONS Blackout Dates: Unless otherwise noted, there are no preset blackout dates for bookings earning or redeeming HedoCa$h. Cash Value: HedoCa$h has no cash value & can only be redeemed on qualifying future Hedonism Resort stays. How long is HedoCa$h valid for? All HedoCa$h must be redeemed within 2 years from earned date. Can HedoCa$h be transferred? HedoCa$h is non-transferable. It cannot be transfered to other Loyalty Program members or other Hedonism Resort Guests. |
