Satisfaction
Guarantee - We want you to be satisfied with your vacation. In
fact, we guarantee it. If you're unhappy just tell the General Manager
before your second night. If the General Manager can't make it better,
they'll give you a credit voucher for the entire value of the unused portion
of your hotel stay, good for up to one year at any other SuperClubs resort.
With 9 spectacular resorts in the Caribbean, we're confident one is perfect
for you.
Jamaica Sunshine
Guarantee Every day is SUN day at Jamaican SuperClubs! Its simple.
For each and every day the sun doesn't show its face during your stay
in Jamaica, we'll issue a credit voucher equal to that day's Super-Inclusive
Room value, good for one year towards another SuperClubs vacation. At
each resort the Water Sports Director will make each days official Sunshine
determination. On those rare occasions when the Jamaica Sunshine Guarantee
is declared, please ask the front desk for your Sunshine credit voucher.
No
Hurricane Guarantee - Should a hurricane happen to strike the
resort, guests will receive a reimbursement for the total value of disrupted
nights. In addition, a voucher for a future stay will be issued for the
same number of disrupted nights for use during the same month the following
year, excluding airfare

Q: How much
money should I bring? A: One of the best parts about a SuperClubs
Super-Inclusive vacation is the fact that once you're here, you won't
need to spend another penny. However, should you decide to visit some
of the local attractions or take advantage of some of the outstanding
bargains, you will need money, We will be happy to exchange currency on
the premises. The Jamaican dollar is the legal tender in Jamaica. The
Bahamian dollar is the legal tender in The Bahamas. The Brazilian Real
is the currency in Brazil. Most merchants will accept US dollars or traveller's
cheques, as well as major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard and American
Express
Q: Are there
departure taxes from SuperClubs locations? A: All departing guests
are required to pay a departure tax upon leaving the airport. This is
a country/government tax.
Q: Do you have
anywhere I can keep valuables? A: Every room at every SuperClubs
resort is equipped with a safe deposit box. We advise all guests to store
their jewelry, cash and other valuables in this secure place. SuperClubs
cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
Q: Are there
any medical facilities at Hedonism III? A: A registered nurse with
regular office hours is on the premises at Hedonism III resort. In the
event of a medical emergency, a qualified medical doctor is on call 24
hours a day. If a doctor is called there will be a charge. Guests with
any pertinent medical information or specific medication needs are asked
to notify Hedonism III in advance.
Q: What electric
current do you work on? A: 110 volts, 50 cycles in Jamaica and 110
volts, 60 cycles in The Bahamas, 110-volt and 220-volt in Bahia, Brazil.
Plugs are of the 2-pin type. Hair dryers are provided in every room.
A: What are
the average temperatures? A: Pack light! The weather in Jamaica
is delightful all year long. Daytime averages: 82f, 28C. Night time averages:
72F, 22C.
Q: Do I need
proof of Citizenship? A: A certified copy of a birth certificate
or a current passport is acceptable proof of citizenship for US and Canadian
citizens. All others must have passports. Please check with your travel
agent for any other necessary visa or documentation requirements.
Q: Are there
any gift shops on the premises? A: If you're looking to bring back
more from your vacation than a lifetime of memories, try your SuperClubs
gift shop. You'll find a wide assortment of wonderful gifts for those
special people you left behind.
Q: What about
gift baskets? A: SuperClubs will be happy to arrange a special gift
to welcome your special friends to their dream vacation. Choose from a
variety of fruit assortments, flower arrangements and champagnes. Just
contact our reservations department at 1-800-GO-SUPER (or 954-925-0925)
at least one week in advance so we can take care of everything.
Q: Are there
any laundry services at SuperClubs resorts? A: All rooms are equipped
with an iron and ironing board, but we'll be happy to take care of all
your laundry and dry cleaning at a reasonable charge. Just be sure to
contact the housekeeping department and they will have our items returned
to your room in 24 hours.
Q: Should
I bring my own golf clubs? A: If you are a golf fanatic, you may
want to bring your own clubs. Otherwise you can rent them for a reasonable
charge.
Q: How much
do I tip? A: Tipping is simply not permitted at SuperClubs. We cannot
emphasize this enough. Your courtesy, respect and a sincere 'thank you'
are all we ask. However, tipping is customary for all airport baggage
personnel, cab drivers etc.
Q: What is
the dress code? A: Don't panic, it's your vacation so dress like
it. We recommend light clothing and plenty of shorts, swimsuits and cover-ups.
However, gentlemen will need slacks and a dinner jacket for our more formal
restaurants. And if you plan to play golf, tennis or workout, make sure
you have the appropriate attire. We suggest one large suitcase and a comfortable
carry on bag for essentials.
Q: What kind
of special events do you have? A: Part of the fun of a SuperClubs
vacation is letting go and joining in. We'll help you get dressed up on
toga night or dressed down for the pajama party. If you have a talent
you want to show off, bring whatever you need from home. No matter what,
go out there and have fun!
Q: Should
I bring my tennis racquet? A: Tennis racquets and balls are provided,
but if you play best with your own, bring it.
Is Scuba
Diving Included? A: At the resorts where scuba is included, we will
happily provide all necessary Scuba gear but you're free to bring your
own equipment. If you are qualified, bring an international 'C' card or
a certificate from an internationally recognized dive school. If not,
you will have to take a swimming test. After passing, you will need to
have a current diving medical certificate or obtain on form a local physician.
We can arrange this for a small charge.
Q: Do you
have cameras and film? A: Take a picture and make your SuperClubs
vacation last longer. Don't forget to check your camera before you leave
home. But if you have a problem. Batteries, film and disposable cameras
are available at the resort gift shops.
Q: What distance
are churches from SuperClubs resorts? A: Catholic and Episcopalian
(Anglican) churches are situated within short driving distances of all
SuperClubs resorts. Protestant and Presbyterian Churches are also nearby.
Q: How will
I get from the airport to SuperClubs? A: Why drive when you can
fly? For a reasonable fee, you can fly in style from the Montego Bay airport
to Negril or Ocho Rios. These fast, convenient flights will help give
you a perspective of Jamaica's breathtaking geography. Dramatic aerial
tours can also be arranged for a charge.
Q: What kind
of sun protection do I need? A: It gets hot beneath the Caribbean
sun, so we recommend you come prepared. Be sure to bring strong protection
against the sun:
- sun screen
- suntan lotion
- sun glasses
- hats & visors
Whatever you need can
be purchased at the resort if you happen to leave them at home.
